What happens between appointments
After your initial assessment, you'll have 1–2 weeks to complete two quick things before your follow-up.
Blood test and ECG
We send you the referrals — just take them to your nearest pathology lab. This helps your GP rule out other conditions and confirms it's safe to start medication.
Childhood History Form
We send a short online form to a parent or someone who knew you as a kid. They fill it out at their own pace — takes about 10 minutes.
